Super helpful and informative!

I really recommend this booklet. I got so much conflicting advice as a new parent, so to have something detailed and well explained that included references is such a benefit when you are making decisions for your family. I love that it has so may real suggestions for food to start with and how to prepare and serve them. I love that it talked about more than just starting. It talked about gradually increasing food. It talked about what do do if your baby likes food too much and isn’t having enough milk. And it addressed feeding picky toddlers and how to go about that. A fantastic resource for new parents, parents introducing solids and parents of toddlers. Highly recommend.
